Wo Long Version 1.029 Patch Notes (PS5 Patch 1.029.000)

Wo Long Fallen Dynasty update 1.029 is rolling out on PS4, PS5, Xbox and PC. According to the official Wo Long 1.029 patch notes, the latest update restores achievement unlocking functionality, including DLC achievements, while also reducing the difficulty of the opening Zhang Liang encounters. Apart from this, Wo Long Version 1.02 also adds ROG XBOX Ally support and fixes an Xbox on PC crash related to entering online play.

Major Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented achievements from being obtained.
  • Added re-acquisition conditions for affected achievements, allowing previously missed achievements to unlock again through battlefield completion, leveling, equipment upgrades, companion actions, combat objectives, collectibles, and DLC-specific activities.

Boss Adjustments

  • Zhang Liang
    • Increased Spirit damage received.
    • Reduced Spirit damage dealt.
    • Adjusted combat behavior patterns.
  • Zhang Liang (Demon Form)
    • Increased Spirit damage received.
    • Reduced HP damage dealt.
    • Reduced Spirit damage dealt.
    • Increased Divine Beast Gauge gain during the Village of Calamity battle.
    • Player HP now fully restores after the encounter.
    • Dragon’s Cure Pot uses now fully replenish after the encounter.
    • Changes apply only during the first playthrough of the battlefield.

Additional Features

  • Added support for gameplay on ROG XBOX Ally.

XBOX on PC Fixes

  • Fixed a crash that could occur when transitioning from the online lobby to online gameplay.

Previously, a major Wo Long update 1.25 added a new DLC “Conqueror of Jiangdong” Unfortunately, since the release, players have experienced several issues and bugs. Wo Long Fallen Dynasty update 1.029 will fix a few of these issues.
