Microsoft Windows 10 build 16291 ISO and UUP files are now are now available for download. The latest Fall Creators Update insider build for Fast Ring members brings fixes and improvements.
This build has fixed an issue related to Surface pro where some devices end up in a “unbootable” state where the Windows OS will not load and it appears to be stuck on a “spinning dots” screen. After installing this build, Surface Pro 3 devices should no longer get into this state.
In addition, the build also fixed an issue where minimized app windows on mixed-DPI monitor setups might end up drawing off screen after your PC resumed from sleep.
