Since the last patch, some players are experiencing issues when trying to play the game. Out of those affected, some are experiencing login issues and disconnection.
Please check PS4, PS5 and Xbox One software updates before checking COD CW server status.
- Select the Settings menu from the PlayStation 4 home screen.
- Select System Software Update.
- Install any available updates.
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.

- Press the Home button to open the dashboard menu.
- Select Settings from the bottom of the menu, then select All Settings.
- Select System, then select Updates.
- Select Update Console if the option becomes available.
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.
