Warhammer Vermintide 2 update 1.81 (v6.11.2 & v6.11.3) is available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Warhammer Vermintide 2 patch notes, the latest update improves Huntsman Longbow functionality, resolves several game crashes tied to joining sessions, Illusionist monsters, and chat messages, restores unintended weapon balance changes for Hagbane and Axe & Falchion. Apart from this, Warhammer Vermintide 2 patch 1.81 also fixes multiple Sienna weapon issues involving Soul Harvest, visual effects, and damage scaling.

Features and Adjustments
- Huntsman’s Longbow no longer automatically zooms while aiming.
- Huntsman can now press the Weapon Special button while aiming with a ranged weapon to activate an additional zoom level, regardless of Career Skill status.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a crash that could occur when an Illusionist monster created illusions with no players able to see them.
- Fixed a crash caused by sending a 500-character message in a non-English language.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when hot-joining a match near the end of an adventure while victory poses were still synchronizing.
- Fixed incorrect burn visual effects colors on Sienna’s Mace L1/L2 while using the Necromancer career.
- Fixed Sienna’s Mace L1/L2 being unable to trigger the Soul Harvest talent.
- Corrected a spelling error in the “Aim for the what?!” Okri’s Challenge.
- Fixed Axe & Shield H3 not triggering talents that activate on charged hits.
- Fixed Sienna Mace H2/H3 damage drop-off reaching minimum damage on the third target instead of the fourth.
- Removed incorrect Weapon Special action text from the Moonfire Bow weapon card.
- Reverted unintended changes made to Axe & Falchion H1/H2.
- Reverted unintended changes made to Sienna Dagger H2.
- Reverted an unintended reduction to Hagbane Charged Shot direct-hit stagger.
- Fixed Crowbill H1/H2 monster critical damage values to match the intended lower pre-update value.

- Fixed a crash that could occur when joining a friend from the main menu instead of the keep.
