Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader update 1.1.46 is available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official Rogue Trader patch notes, the latest update addressing a number of quest issues, including the remaining problems with Price of Humanity, as well as multiple issues with items and abilities. Apart from this, WH 40K Rogue Trader patch 1.1.46 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a big Rogue Trader update 1.0 introduced CrossPlay between Steam and the Microsoft Store and adds the new Elite Resistance condition. Unfortunately, players are facing several problems when trying to play the game on the consoles. Today’s Warhammer Rogue Trader update 1.1.46 will solve a few of these problems.

WH40K Rogue Trader Patch Notes – March 21, 2024
System and Stability Fixes:
- Crash Message Fix: Resolved an issue where players would encounter a crash message when exiting the game.
- Memory Leak Fix: Addressed a memory leak caused by damage-over-time effects from traps.
- Turn Interruption Loop Fix: Fixed a potentially infinite turn interruption loop when attacking out of combat. This particularly affected parties with both Seize the Initiative and Savour the Kill talents, preventing freezes or crashes when attacking and destroying objects or enemies before combat starts.
Narrative Fixes:
- Marazhai Romance Correction: Rectified an inverted condition issue in the Marazhai romance storyline, where Marazhai would incorrectly choose a greeting.
- Price of Humanity Quest: Fixed an issue where the Price of Humanity quest could be mistakenly removed from players who met all prerequisites. Affected players will now have the quest reinstated.
- Dialogue Start Fix: Ensured that the fight with Mandrakes during the Price of Humanity quest now starts correctly after the dialogue with Emelina.
- Dialogue and Quest Fixes: Addressed various cases of dialogue errors, speaker inconsistencies, and quest progression issues throughout the game’s narrative.
Mechanics Improvements:
- Adaptive Antidot Fix: Corrected damage caused by toxins from the Adaptive Antidot.
- Assassin Talent Correction: The “Killing Spree” talent now correctly applies to openings created by the “Aim for the Opening” ability, with accurate combat log text.
- Enemy Adjustments: Made adjustments to enemy mechanics such as reducing the Dodge of Aeldari of Janus and fixing issues with certain abilities affecting unintended targets.
Items and Locations:
- Equipment and Items Fixes: Improved starting equipment for Marazhai and addressed issues with item functionalities such as the Pyromaniac Boots.
- Location Adjustments: Fixed various location-related bugs, including character placement issues, entrance appearances, and navigation problems in different areas.
Visual, User Interface, and Sound Enhancements:
- Visual and Sound Improvements: Enhanced animations for the Defiler and introduced new visual effects for C’tan entities.
- User Interface Fixes: Rectified disappearing character biographies and decision logs, as well as cursor problems and interface issues related to playing with controllers.
- Combat Voicelines Addition: Added combat voicelines for all secret companions.
Space and Miscellaneous Fixes:
- Space Battle Correction: Addressed issues with space battles, including problems with Lance cannons and battles near the Webway portal.
- Miscellaneous Improvements: Added more names to the credits and Shrine of Remembrance and changed the method of loading mod DLL files to prevent critical errors.
