Warhammer 40k Darktide update 1.5.10 is available rolling out on PC(Steam). According to the official Darktide patch notes, the latest update introduces explosive enemies and rewards like Ordo Dockets and a Portrait Frame. Key fixes include performance improvements, weapon stat issues, and fullscreen bugs. Apart from this, WH40K Darktide update 1.5.10 also fixes menu alignment and tooltip issues.
Previously, a big Darktide update 1.1 introduced CrossPlay between Steam and the Microsoft Store and adds the new Elite Resistance condition. Unfortunately, players are facing several problems when trying to play the game on the consoles. Today’s WH 40K update 1.5.10 will solve a few of these problems.

New Event: The Grandfather’s Gifts
- Start Date: November 7, 2024.
- Event Details:
- Mutated enemies with explosive tentacles—handle them at close quarters.
- Condition “Mutated Horrors” added to Standard and Auric mission terminals.
- Progress through missions to unlock rewards.
- Rewards:
- Currencies: Ordo Dockets, Plasteel, Diamantine.
- Final Tier Reward: Exclusive Portrait Frame (may require re-log to appear).
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Social Menu
- Fixed: Display issues for player status and blocking of invites/join requests.
Performance Fixes
- Fixed: Memory leak crashes related to weapon stat inspections.
- Fixed: FSR 3.1 Frame Generation disabled by fullscreen effects and certain UI elements.
- Fixed: Nvidia DSR/DLDSR compatibility in fullscreen mode.
Weapon Stat Issues
- Fixed: Max weapon stats changing unexpectedly when empowering weapons.
- Improved: Weapons below 380 stats at max empower level will now appear at 490, requiring further upgrade to reach 500.
Display and GUI Issues
- Fixed: Game rendering only in a corner during fullscreen on lower resolutions.
- Fixed: Windows chime sounds triggered by Alt+Tab in fullscreen mode.
Weapon Mechanics
- Fixed: Weapon Special actions being canceled when stunned.
- Fixed: Incorrect text for Armourbane Blessing Tiers 3 and 4.
Sound Issues
- Fixed: Sound effects, like reload sounds, only playing predominantly on one side.
