EA Sport has released a new UFC 5 update 1.016 on PS5(version 1.016.000), PC(1.15) and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official UFC 5 1.16 patch notes, the latest update introduces two new fighters, Carlos Prates and Jean Silva, along with key gameplay and visual improvements. Apart from this, the UFC 5 patch 1.016 also adds support for PS5 Pro with 4K resolution and improved KO replay quality, plus more vanity rewards for customization.
Previously, a major update 1.003 added various tweaks and changes. Unfortunately, players have been experiencing several server issues with the game. Today’s UFC 5 version 1.016.000 will fix a few of these issues. The upcoming UFC 5 patch 1.20 will include more tweaks and changes.

- Ground and Pound: Fixed an issue allowing the submissive fighter to transition out after a diving punch or postured mount, stabilizing the fight flow.
- Camera Angle Fix: Resolved camera issues during transitions from full guard bottom to top, improving visual clarity.
Miscellaneous Additions
- New Vanity Rewards: Additional customization options added for players.
PlayStation®5 Pro Enhancements
- Resolution: Gameplay resolution upgraded to 4K.
- KO Replays: Frame rate increased from 30fps to 60fps for smoother visuals.
