UFC 4 update 13.00 is now rolling out for PS4 and Xbox One players. According to UFC 4 13.00 patch notes, the latest update added quality of life fixes and changes. Apart from this, UFC 4 patch 13.00 also includes general stability fixes.
Previously, a big update added new fighters, vanity, menu options, various balancing, and a long list of bug fixes. Recently, a minor update added Judges Scores to the Fight Stats screen.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues with the game. UFC 4 patch 13.00 will fix a few of these issues.

Added clinch and catch kick start positions to practice mode.
Added rubber-guard and back flat ground positions to practice mode.
Fixed some instances of stance changes when exiting clinch.
Tuned AI clinch and catch kick behaviors.
Fixed issue where grapple HUD remained on screen after getting up.
