Train Sim World 5 update 1.48 (1.046.000) details released for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One players. According to the official Train Sim World 5 version 1.48 patch notes, the update includes cab brake fixes for the Class 350, scenario logic adjustments for the Class 390, and corrected decals for the DB BR 218. The MBTA HSP46 sees UI and light animation improvements. Apart from this, Train Sim World 5 update 1.046 also fixes cover Antelope Valley formations, BR 101 door controls, CTC-5 shortcuts, and EIRENE save compatibility, enhancing gameplay realism and functionality.

Class 350
- Fixed an issue causing the brakes not to release correctly when swapping cabs.
Class 390
- Fixed an issue causing the objective to move on during the ‘Refreshing Refurb’ scenario.
DB BR 218
- Updated the incorrect exterior decals for the 1980s epoche.
- Fixed an issue with era-inappropriate decals for the Blue/Beige livery.
MBTA Commuter
HSP46
- Updated traction interlock control text so it should now appear in the correct position.
- Updated the ‘step down’ text so it now appears in the correct position.
- Fixed an issue causing the ceiling lights to animate incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where the jump seat would be interactable when occupied.
CTC-5 Cab
- Fixed the door shortcut so it should now operate as expected.
Antelope Valley
- Added passenger coach substitutions into the timetable formations so that Bombardiers now appear on AVL services.
Expert DB BR 101
- Fixed an issue with the door control function when hauling the ÖBB IC and Flixtrain coaching stock.
- Improved save game compatibility for the European Integrated Radio Enhanced Network (EIRENE).
Recently, the game was released with positive reviews. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1, players have been experiencing some issues with the game. Today’s TSW5 patch 1.48 will fix a few of these issues.
