The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (TCM) update 1.03 (version 1.003) details released for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox consoles. Accroding to the official Texas Chain Saw Massacre patch notes, the update resolves issues including a bug where victims lose collision control and Perking Up achievement not unlocking in the game. Apart from this, TCM game update 1.03 also improved matchmaking by fixing the “Continue on Lobby End Screen” problem and reverting the lobby timer to 3 minutes.
Unfortunetly, since the last patch, players have been experiencing some issues with the game. Today’s TCM patch 1.003 will fix a few of these issues. The upcoming Texas Chain Saw Massacre game patch 1.04 will fix the remaining issues.

Victims Trapped Collision Issue
- Resolved issue where trapped Victims lost collision/control after using a gap
- Note: Other Hitchhiker trap and Victim issues may exist; refer to THIS THREAD for more info.
Perking Up Achievement
- Issue with Perking Up achievement not unlocking has been fixed
- Carry on Achievement Hunters
Continue on Lobby End Screen
- Active players no longer need to wait for disconnected players, speeding up matchmaking
- Continue option restored on Lobby End Screen in custom games

Battery Match Start State
- Car battery now starts on and powered up by default
- Aids Family players in setting up for matches faster
Respec in Lobby Option
- Removed character respec option in match lobbies
- Character loadouts and unused skill points can still be edited
- Respec must now be done via the main menu

Bone Scrap Limits
- Limited Bone Scrap piles to 3 uses per pile
- Part of balancing scrap usage and frequency
Cook Lock Usage XP Farm
- Set limit on XP earned from repeatedly placing and removing locks
- Still receive XP bonus for placing each lock once
Lobby Timer Set to 3 Minutes
- Reverted lobby timer to the standard 3 minutes
- Addressed community feedback
Further Anti Cheat Tuning and Improvements
- Ongoing work on anti-cheat
- Progress toward reintegrating PC into cross-play
- Encourage reporting cheats/hacks in PC lobbies via support
