According to the official Sims 4 2.30 patch notes, the latest update stabilizes Live Mode by fixing freezes during weddings, correcting Family Tree portrait overlap tied to secret-child scenarios, restoring missing connections and portrait highlighting, and preventing crashes when selecting Sims from the Family Tree. Additionally, Sims 4 patch 2.30 also improves save-file reliability and ensures smoother family-related gameplay interactions.

Previously, a major SIMS 4 update 2.05 added introduces a new Main Menu design, smoother performance, refreshed townie homes, and extensive bug fixes. Today’s Sims 4 version 2.30 will address a few of these issues.
