The Sims 4 update 2.18 is available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Sims 4 2.18 patch notes, the latest Enchanted by Nature update introduces a new Ailment Spread toggle, giving players full control over how contagious Ailments work in their game. With this setting, Ailments can be disabled from spreading while keeping features like Fairy abilities, Naturopath treatments, and Apothecary crafting intact, offering more flexibility in how players experience challenges and storytelling. Apart from this, Sims 4 patch 2.18 also includes various bug fixes and changes.
