The Sims 4 update 2.09 is available on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Sims 4 2.09 patch notes, the latest fixes body deformation in child Sims and improves console navigation for Tattoos and Filters. Apart from this, Sims 4 patch 2.09 also removes unintended unit outlines in Build Mode, and corrects small dog breed distortions in Create a Sim.

Bug Fixes
Base Game / Multipack
- Fixed an issue where child Sims had body deformation; their proportions are now normal.
- Console players can now scroll through Tattoos and open Filter Panels using controllers.
- Unit Outlines in Build Mode no longer appear for players without The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies Expansion Pack.
- Players with the For Rent Expansion Pack can still use the appropriate functionality on Residential Rental lots.
Cats & Dogs
- Small dog breeds in Create a Sim no longer appear distorted.
Previously, a major SIMS 4 update 2.05 added introduces a new Main Menu design, smoother performance, refreshed townie homes, and extensive bug fixes. Today’s Sims 4 version 2.08 will address a few of these issues.
