The Outlast Trials update 1.43 is available to download on PS4 and PS5(version 1.000.040). According to the official The Outlast Trials patch notes, the latest update improves Invader matchmaking, introduces anti-stalling measures, and rebalances Imposter timers. Story Trials are now exclusive to Global Invasions, with key bug fixes enhancing audio, objectives, and visuals for smoother gameplay. Apart from this, The Outlast Trials patch 1.43 also includes quality-of-life fixes and balancing updates.

Invasion Matchmaking Adjustments

Previously, the Outlast trials update 1.28 introduced the high-intensity PRIME TIME event, new MK-Challenges, a complete Genesis Program revamp, and a streamlined matchmaking system.
