The Outlast Trials update 1.14 is available to download on PS4 and PS5(version 1.000.012). According to the official The Outlast Trials patch notes, the latest update fixes issues with Countdown documents, weekly task progression, and missing Monday tasks. Apart from this, The Outlast Trials patch 1.14 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, the Outlast trials update 1.0 added quality of life changes and fixes. Unfortunately, since the release, some players are reporting issues, bugs and error codes. Today’s The Outlast Trials patch 1.14 will address all these issues.

The Outlast Trials Update 1.14 Patch Notes (1.000.012) – September 13, 2024
- Fixed an issue where one of the three new Countdown documents did not unlock properly.
- Fixed the weekly task to “Place Three Blind Mines” which would not progress.
- Significantly increased Countdown Tokens granted on Trial completion (3x).
- Implemented a fix for the missing weekly tasks if you played on Monday.
