The Last of Us 1 Remastered PC update 1.1.5 is now available to download. According to official TLOU Remastered 1.1.5 patch notes, the latest update brings performance optimizations, crash and stability improvements, and resolves audio issues specific to the Steam Deck. Apart from this, The Last of Us 1 patch 1.1.5 also adds AMD FSR 4 support for compatible Radeon GPUs, with version details now displayed based on driver data.
