Content Improvements:

  1. Special Operations:
    • Automatic “Abort” selection during Interim Review if no choice is made
  2. Hard Intercept Battle “Frost Walker”:
    • Difficulty reduced: a) Destroying Frenzied parts now generates two Embers b) Frenzy Gauge threshold increased, reducing Colossus Frenzy frequency c) Slug shots on Frenzied Colossus reduce leg movements, easing Weak Point targeting
  3. Void Intercept Battles:
    • Damage prevention in hazardous areas after battle ends
    • “Molten Fortress”: Lava removed immediately upon defeat
    • “Swamp Walker”: “Disease” status effect removed immediately upon defeat
    • Restart function split into “Start with current Squad” and “Restart Mission”
    • “Start with current Squad” time increased to 60 seconds
  4. Reconstructing Device:
    • Simplified animation for Amorphous Materials display
  5. Field Changes:
    • “Echo Swamp – Derelict Covert”: Faster Void Fragment (Toxic) monster spawns

Previously, The First Descendant update 1.006 and update 1.012 added quality of life changes. Unfortunetly, since the last patch, players have been facing various server issues with the game. Today’s The First Descendant patch 1.015 will address a few of these errors.
