The First Berserker Khazan update 1.012.003 is available on PS5, PC (516807), and Xbox Series X/S (1.1.12.3). According to the official Khazan update 1.012.003 patch notes, the latest update fixes a bug where a crash would occur when monsters collide during combat. Additionally, Khazan patch 1.012.003 also resolve an issue where the cutscene would not play when interacting with the first Blade Nexus during the main mission “Heinmach”.

- Fixed an issue where an intermittent crash would occur when completing a conversation with the Blade Phantom in the Crevice after clearing the main mission “Stormpass”.
- Fixed an issue where an intermittent crash would occur when using Gear Screen features.
- Fixed an issue where the cutscene would not play when interacting with the first Blade Nexus during the main mission “Heinmach”.

Recently, The First Berserker Khazan patch 1.005.018 enhances Phantom growth scaling, refines elemental damage with resistance stats, improves skill point and weapon mastery progression, and restricts use of key gear in augmentation.
