Players are reporting issues related to multiplayer, matchmaking, connection time-out errors, login and other disconnection problems. July 24, 2023 – The game servers are down. Players are facing various issues and errors. The devs are working to fix this issue. More details will be available soon.
June 20, 2023 – The game servers go live with TU18.1 in approximately 2 hours. Due to the continuous outage, it was decided to postpone the Escalation Apparel Event. We will share more news about the Apparel Event release as soon as we can. The team is eager to see you dressed in the Escalation outfits!
June 8, 2023 – The Division2 servers down for a scheduled maintenance Thursday, June 8th at 9:30 AM CEST, 3:30 AM EDT, 12:30 AM PDT.
Update: The maintenance has been extended by approximately 3 hours.
Update 2: The maintenance has been extended for an additional 6 hours due to an unexpected issue affecting Division 2 save game files. Ubisoft is actively working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
April 11, 2023 – Ubisoft will performe maintenance on The Division2 at 03.30 ET / 07.30 UTC!

March 14, 2023 – The servers will shut down for a scheduled maintenance to deploy Title Update 17.1 at 9:00 AM CET, 4:00 AM ET, 1:00 AM PT.

February 23, 2023 – The game servers go down for an unscheduled maintenance tomorrow, Thursday, February 23rd, at 09:30 AM CET, 03:30 AM ET, 12:30 AM PT.

- Fixed the Raid and Countdown server performance issues
- Removed the exploit that allowed to farm high amounts of XP by forcing all NPCs to spawn at a certain location in the Anderson Climax mission.
