Team Fortress 2 (TF2) update (Sep 18, 2021) is now available to download on PC. According to the official Team Fortress 2 patch notes, the latest hotfix brings some minor changes to the game.
Previously, a major update added various tweaks, fixes, and more. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the last major patch.
Today’s Team Fortress 2 (TF2) patch 1.6.0 will address a few of these errors.
TF2 Patch Notes – Sep 18, 2021
- Added ConVar “sdr_spew_level” for clients and servers to control SteamNetworkingSockets console spew. Default is 4 (warning).
- Fixed official TF2 bots displaying avatars in the scoreboard during modes like Offline Practice
- Updated the War Paint inspection panel to support all seed values
- Updated custom player sprays and other temp files to only be deleted on shutdown
