A new SurrounDead update 1.0.8b is available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official SurrounDead patch notes, the latest update added various quality of life changes and bug fixes.

SurrounDead Patch Notes – July 10, 2022
- Map defaulting to zoom 1 every time you reopen it
- Fixed zooming with map when map is not equipped or open
- Duplication method fixed
- Extra checks so that vehicles don’t keep spawning
- Performance with AI
- Performance at Mall POI
- Performance improvements to do with containers, etc
- Fixed ghost meat on animals
