Supermarket Together update is available to download on PC. According to the official Supermarket Together patch notes, the latest update adds fourteen employee perks, improves save/load times, fixes bugs with restocking and movement, and introduces smarter shelf behavior. A new bamboo plant variation is now available as well.
Supermarket Together Patch Notes – September 11, 2024
New Employee Perks
- 5 perks: Added for hiring five additional employees.
- 3 perks: Increase checkout speed.
- 2 perks: Enhance product placement speed.
- 3 perks: Boost employee movement speed.
- 1 perk: Enable employees to recycle boxes.
Saving System Improvements
- Core changes: Save and load times significantly improved.
- Prop issue mitigation: Missing props problem in some saves reduced by accessing data folder less frequently.
Day Statistics
- Manual control: Day stats will no longer end automatically. Host must press a key to conclude.
- Client behavior: Clients must wait for the host to end the stats.
Storage and Restocking Enhancements
- Product memory: Shelves now remember the last product placed and display a label for reference.
- Spot clearing: Shelves can be cleared using the pricing tool.
- Restocking priority: Employees will now focus on restocking the most empty shelves first, avoiding multiple employees working on the same shelf.
- Restocking efficiency: Employees will restock another shelf if products remain in the box instead of returning to storage after each trip.
- Capacity bug fix: Issue where employees wouldn’t fully restock shelves has been resolved.
New Decoration
- Bamboo plant: Added a new bamboo variation of the potted spruce decoration.
Additional Improvements
- Chat history: Added a history feature for chat messages.
- Furniture placement fix: Resolved issue where players could place or move furniture inside decoration.
- Movement speed fix: Addressed bug where player speed was faster when moving diagonally.
