Stellar Blade patch 1.008 is available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official Stellar Blade 1.008 patch notes, the latest update brings brings support for PlayStation 4 Pro as well as some minor tweaks and changes. Apart from this, Stellar Blade update 1.008 (version 1.008.000) also removes offensive content.
Previously, update 1.004 added quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, players are experiencing various issues with the game. The upcoming Stellar Blade version 1.008 will fix a few of these issues.

New Console Support
- Added support for PlayStation 5 Pro for improved performance and graphics.
High Frame Rate (HFR) Mode
- HFR Mode introduced to reduce input lag and boost frame rate performance.
- Requirements: Display must support 120 Hz output, and 120 Hz Output must be enabled in PlayStation 5 settings (Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output).
Graphics Modes
- Prioritize Performance: Optimized for high frame rates.
- Balanced: Offers a balance between resolution and frame rate.
- Prioritize Resolution: Focuses on delivering the highest visual quality.
- Enhanced Balanced Mode: Optimized for PlayStation 5 Pro, using PSSR (PlayStation Shader Rendering) for improved quality.
- Max Enhanced Prioritize Resolution Mode: Available for PlayStation 5 Pro, delivering higher frame rates alongside improved resolution.
Visual and Performance Enhancements
- Various visual enhancements for better graphical experience.
- Stability fixes to ensure smoother gameplay.
- Gameplay optimizations and other minor tweaks.
Update 1.004
- Two new outfits have been added.
- Added a hair slot to the menu so you can change your hairstyle at any time
- You can toggle ON/OFF the “skip” UI for cutscenes.
- Improved jump direction when swinging on the rope.
- Holding the button during the end credits will speed up scrolling.
- Boss challenges will now keep the costume you changed.
- Removes offensive content
- Various other bug fixes
