Starfield update 3 (v1.7.36) is available to download on PC and Xbox. According to the official Starfield patch notes, the latest update introduces settings to adjust FOV, plus some additional changes to address some performance and quest issues. Apart from this, Starfield patch 3 also includes stability fixes.
Recently, a major update 1 added various tweaks and changes. Unfortunetly, since the release, players are experiencing various bug fixes and errors. Today’s Starfield update 1.7.36 will fix a few of these issues.

Starfield Patch 3 Notes – October 9, 2023
GENERAL
- FOV: Sliders are now available in Settings that allow players using first person or third person to adjust their FOV.
PERFORMANCE AND STABILITY
- [PC ONLY] Improved stability for Intel Arc GPUs.
- Various additional stability and performance improvements.
QUEST
- Echoes of the Past: Addressed an issue where tunneling creatures could pick a location that would prevent progression.
