Splatoon 3 Update 11.0 Patch Notes for Nintendo Switch

A new Splatoon 3 update 11.0 details are now available for Nintendo Switch players. According to the Splatoon 3 11.0 patch notes, the latest update adds the new Flow Aura mechanic with movement buffs, health indicators for damaged players, and refined collision detection. Apart from this, Splatoon 3 version 11.0.0 also brings weapons balancing adjustments, including major Reefslider changes. Special-point requirements shift for several weapons, and SplatNet 3 now displays most-used X Battle weapons.

Game Content Adjustments – Multiplayer

Flow Aura System

  • Players earn a temporary Flow Aura by achieving rapid consecutive eliminations.

  • Aura duration extends when the player or assisted teammates secure eliminations.

  • Ground beneath the player inks on aura gain or extension.

  • Aura grants Run Speed Up, Swim Speed Up, Ink Resistance Up, and Intensify Action.

  • Frequent assists or inking increases aura activation likelihood.

Health Visibility

  • Damaged players now show approximate remaining health.

  • Opponent health displays for three seconds after damage.

  • Health does not show if the opponent’s body is obscured.

  • Abilities or effects that reveal enemy positions also reveal their health.

Collision and Movement Adjustments

  • Reduced swim-form collision size to lessen hit susceptibility.

  • Increased weapon hit collision sizes, with shorter-range weapons receiving larger boosts.

  • Stealth Jump long-distance Super Jumps now take up to one second longer, affecting only airtime.

Special Interaction Adjustments

  • Reefslider explosion indicator now matches the 220.0-damage radius.

  • Shot speed increased by ~24%.

  • Impact ink splatter radius reduced by ~15%.

Dynamo Roller Series

  • Increased spray droplet inking for all swings.

  • Adjusted falloff to allow 100.0+ damage at longer ranges.

  • Ink consumption increased by ~17%.

Blaster Series

  • Reduced post-shot movement restriction by ~1/30s.

H-3 Nozzlenose Series

  • Max damage raised from 44.0 to 45.0.

Splat Roller Series

  • Ink recovery now begins ~1/30s sooner after swings.

Heavy Splatling Series

  • Spray droplet inking radius increased by ~12%.

  • Impact splatter radius increased by ~12%.

Tetra Dualies Series

  • Shot speed increased by ~19%.

Splat Brella Series

  • Ink consumption per shot reduced by ~9%.

S-BLAST ’91 / ’92

  • Short-range explosive radius reduced by ~11%.

Reefslider

  • 220.0-damage radius increased by ~20%.

  • Explosion center height raised for reduced avoidance.

  • Inked radius decreased by ~7%.

  • Charge distance reduced by ~19%.

SplatNet 3 Adjustments

  • X Rankings now show most-used weapon for the period instead of last used.

  • Weapon used to determine top-player lists updated to match this rule.

Previously, a minor Splatoon 3 update 1.20 added various tweaks and changes. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues while playing the game. Splatoon 3 patch 11.0.0 will fix a few of these issues.
