A new Sons Of The Forest update 8 is available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official Sons Of The Forest patch notes, the latest hotfix brings minor tweaks and changes. Apart from this, Sons Of The Forest patch 8 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, Sons Of The Forest update 8 added adds a new boss battle along with a new cutscene to the end of the game, as well as drivable golf carts, a rifle that can be found in one of the caves. Unfortunately, players are still facing various bugs in the game. Today’s Sons Of The Forest update 8 will resolve a few of these issues.

Sons Of The Forest Patch Notes – July 20, 2023
- Fixed previously used golf carts in save games no longer usable
- Fixed corpses sometimes visible in inventory
- Fixed bug that could prevent wires powering lights and fences in some cases
