Snowrunner patch 1.69 (update 42) adds the Chiapas region with two Mexico maps, introduces the Mercer R230 and HIB Billert M816, expands Mercedes-Benz Actros and Zetros addon options, and improves vehicle handling. According to the official Snowrunner update 1.69 patch notes, the latest update also fixes numerous truck issues, enhances UI and mod support, adds a stutter-reduction setting, and resolves crashes, visual bugs, and gameplay inconsistencies.

- Added an extended frame supporting a large crane, flatbed, sideboard, van body, fuel and water tanks, and the SLEI-64 loading crane.
- Enabled the SLEI-64 loading crane to work with sideboard, flatbed, van body, and fuel or water tanks.
- Added a high saddle designed for the extended frame.
- Reworked front and rear weight distribution.
- Lowered the center of gravity.

- Extended the frame length.
