Smite update 12.72 (v10.13) is available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Smite 12.72 patch notes, the latest update introduces a new Japanese god, Bake Kujira, along with significant game balance changes, new god skins, and a Vshojo event. Apart from this, Smite version 12.72 also includes bug fixes and adjustments in game modes.
Previously, a big season Smite update 8.9 added Shiva – The Destroyer to the game. Unfortunately, players have been experiencing several issues with the game since the last major patch. Today’s Smite patch 12.72 will fix a few of these issues.

Smite 12.72 Patch Notes (Smite 10.13) – December 12, 2023
- Introduction of New Japanese God: Bake Kujira
- Known as “The Yokai of Despair”.
- Unique abilities include converting protections into attack damage, and a passive that curses enemies applying crowd control.
- Skills: “Rough Waters”, “Sonic Wave”, “Twisting Dive”, and ultimate ability “Yokai’s Lament”.
- New God Skins
- Several new skins introduced, including Vermillion Sea Bake Kujira, Ascended Bake Kujira, and various crossover skins from the Vshojo event.
- Vshojo Event
- Features new Zentreya Mulan skin, recolors for other characters, and a cosmetic bundle with a Zentreya Announcer Pack.
- Bug Fixes
- UI: Fixed a purchase window issue.
- Gods: Kukulkan and Tsukuyomi received specific bug fixes.
- General: Fixed instance crashes and adjusted Cooldown Reduction Cap.
- Balance Changes in 10.13 Update
- Game Modes: Duel mode sees 32 top gods auto-banned.
- Items: Adjustments made, particularly addressing mages in the solo lane, including changes to Typhon’s Fang, Vampiric Shroud, and more.
- Gods: Multiple gods received nerfs and buffs. Notable changes include Ah Puch, Athena, Chernobog, and others. Warriors receive special attention to counter mage dominance.
- New Skin Voice Actors
- Announced voice actors for new skins, including Jimmie Yamaguchi for Bake Kujira and Mark Rogers for Wacky Slappy Heimdallr.
