Smite 2 update 1.000.072 is available to download on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Smite 2 version 1.000.072 patch notes, the latest update introduces major reworks for Artemis and Awilix, new skins, game modes, and balance changes. Conquest and Assault see major reworks, along with new and reworked items. Apart from this, Smite 2 patch 1.000.072 also includes numerous bug fixes and UI improvements enhance overall gameplay quality.

- Transgressor’s Fate – Trap now easier to see; no longer roots/cripples but heals Artemis.

- Deals Physical Damage with Melee Basic Attacks.
- Passive – Initiative: Buff duration increased if triggered by Summon Suku leap.

- Feather Step – Now always deals max bonus damage while Gravity Surge is active.
- Moonlight Charge – Can now be fired while riding Suku.

- Primal (Blue) Buff: Grants +5 MP5 and +20% CDR.
Assault
- New Team Bench System
- Re-rolled gods go to a team bench for swapping.

- Respawn timer multiplier reduced from 3.0x to 2.5x XP Level.
- Overtime penalty now starts at 10 min (instead of 30 min).
- Jump Stamps no longer visible through fog of war.
Conquest
Player Kill XP Adjustments
- Base XP reward increased from 50 → 130.
- Inferior multiplier increased from 0.1 → 0.2.
- Superior multiplier decreased from 0.25 → 0.2.
Runic Bomb
- Can now destroy enemy base doors.
Obsidian Dagger Buff
- Damage buff duration increased from 6s → 9s.
Tower Bounty Changes
- Removed from T2 Towers.
- Increased Gold Rewards (Regular: 15g → 30g, Final: 30g → 60g).
Minion Damage Adjustments
- Increased Lane Minion Damage vs Towers.
- Increased Fire Minion Damage vs Minions.
Structure Adjustments
- T1 Tower Health: 2700 → 2500.
- T2 Tower Health: 3200 → 3000.
- Phoenix Health Buff: 3600 → 4000, but lower protections.
