Skater XL update 1.09 for PS4, and Xbox One is now available for players. According to the official Skater XL 1.09 patch notes, the latest update includes fixes for replay saving errors, gear menu issues, and goofy challenges. Apart from this, Skater XL version 1.09 also includes stability improvements.
Previously, a big update 1.1 added new features, changers, and gameplay improvements. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several performance issues.

What is new in Skater XL 1.09 patch notes? (Updated)
- Added 10 players online multiplayer Skate mode.
Multiplayer Free Skate is our first step in opening up social modes in the game and features:
- Skate with up to 10 people online– Join a random room or start your own private one and invite your friends to join using a passcode
- Replays– Replay and save your group party lines, with the same replay editor functionality available in single player mode
Added FPS (frames per second) improvements.
Added new character gear with shoes from New Balance and Es Footwear, as well as an apparel capsule from Dickies.
- Addressed some animation bug.
- Gameplay performance improvements.
- Scene fixes including grindables.
- Fixed misspelled challenges.
- Trick detection improvements.
- Fixed replay saving related issue.
- Menu browsing performance improvements.
- General stability fixes.
- Other minor bug fixes.
The following changes were added previously.
PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC:
- Fixed hover foot bug when riding /returning foot from pushing
- Fixed falling animation bug
- Fixed grind max angle bug
- Fixed bug preventing challenges from being done in Goofy stance
- Gameplay performance improvements

- Fixed misspelled challenges
- Trick detection improvements
- Fixed no wheel sound in replay bug
- Replay height change more responsive
PlayStation 4specific:
- Fixed replay saving and character load bug
- Menu browsing performance improvements
PCspecific:
- Fixed bug causing some users to experience black or white light flare screen
