Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 update 1.000.019 (v1.3.2) is available to download on PS5, PS4(1.17), and PC (Steam). According to the official Civilization 7 patch notes, the latest Civilization VII patch 1.3.2 restores Policy swapping tied to non-Policy Civics, fixes missing Crisis Policy notifications in late Antiquity Crisis phases, improves overall stability, and resolves a controller-specific input block on the Raze/Keep menu. Additionally, the Civilization 7 patch 1.000.019 also includes bug fixes and stability fixes.

Players are now again able to swap Policies when unlocking a Civic that does not include a new Policy or Tradition.

Addressed a reported issue where the Crisis Policy turn notification was failing to appear. This prevented players from being able to choose Crisis Policies when reaching the third phase of the Antiquity Invasion Crisis or the third phase of the Antiquity Plague Crisis.

Made various game stability improvements.

[Consoles/Controller-only] Addressed a reported issue blocking input on the Raze or Keep Menu.
