Sekiro update 1.06 is now rolling out for players on PlayStation 4. According to the official Sekiro 1.06 patch notes, the latest update brings fixes related to stuttering/lag, and UI bugs. Apart from this, the latest Sekiro patch 1.06 also contains stability and performance improvements.
Previously, a major update added new features like the ability to rematch bosses, tackle boss gauntlets, perform player movement recordings, and more.

Sekiro patch 1.06 Details
Fixed an issue where lock-on camera wasn’t functioning correctly with some bosses in “Reflection of Strength” and “Gauntlet of Strength”.
Fixed an issue where “Inner Genichiro” was not behaving as intended in certain situations.
Fixed an issue where the correct text was not displaying under INFORMATION upon changing language settings.
Fixed an issue where part of the UI was not displaying as intended.
Fixed an issue where the correct text was not displaying in some European languages.

- Added stuttering and lag fixes.
- Fixed low framerate/stuttering issues.
