Samurai Shodown update 2.42 is now rolling out on PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official Samurai Shodown version 2.42 patch notes, the latest update brings some minor changes to the game. Apart from this, the Samurai Shodown patch 2.42 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a big update added a new DLC playable character [Baiken]. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Samurai Shodown version 2.42 will fix a few of these issues.

- Fixed an issue where BAIKEN was not able to Rage Explode after being Guard Crushed.
- Addressed a bug where specific moves not displaying properly when BAIKEN is disarmed
- Other minor fixes.
