Rust update 1.93 is available to download on PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official Rust Console 1.93 patch notes, the latest update introduces significant improvements, including accurate server region labeling, streamlined command history, and enhanced entity management. Apart from this, Rust patch 1.93 also includes fixes, gameplay adjustments, and UI enhancements.
Previously, a major Rust Halloween update 1.64 added a new event, changes and improvements. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Rust version 1.93 will fix a few of these issues.

Rust 1.93 Patch Notes – April 25, 2024
Region Display Update: Servers purchased in new regions are now accurately labeled in the Server list instead of being incorrectly displayed as US.
History Tab Enhancement: Using commands via the history tab now automatically updates the order to prioritize the most recently used, placing them at the top for easy access.
Spectate Mode Adjustment: Entering Spectate mode will now deactivate Entity Details mode, streamlining the viewing experience.
Improved Entity Management: Entities will no longer be prematurely deleted when in Delete mode, ensuring smoother gameplay.
Server Queue Fix: Resolved an issue with the server queue that previously failed to remove some players from the count after they had left.
Player Count Sorting: The server list is now sorted based on raw player count rather than the percentage of players in a server, offering a more accurate representation.
Limited Deletion Permissions: Entity deletion permissions are now restricted to Admin and above, enhancing server management control.
Monuments Updates
- Scientist Interaction: Players can no longer shoot Scientists’ hands that extend through walls, preventing unintended exploits.
- Train Yard Fix: Addressed a bug causing players to become stuck in certain areas of the Train Yard.
- Launch Site Jump Puzzle: Resolved issues with the Jump puzzle at Launch Site, ensuring proper functionality.
- Terrain Adjustment: Adjusted terrain around Large Harbour to prevent submersion under water, improving navigation.
Gameplay Enhancements
- Title Constraint Crash Fix: Fixed a crash that occurred when constraining the title in-game, ensuring stability.
- Rock Building Prevention: Players can no longer build inside rocks by placing foundations partially inside them, maintaining fair gameplay.
- Safezone Border Interaction: Prevented players from reaching across Safezone borders to loot dead players, promoting balanced gameplay.
- Mesh Shooting Fix: Players can no longer shoot through one side of meshes, eliminating unfair advantages.
- Binoculars Bug Fix: Addressed a bug that allowed players to see through doors when using x4 zoom on Binoculars.
- Muzzle Attachment Adjustment: Muzzle attachments on pistols no longer clip into the model, enhancing visual integrity.
- Scientist Flashbang: Flashbang effects now affect Scientist NPCs, increasing immersion.
- Water Catcher Placement: Large Water Catchers can now be placed on ice lakes, expanding placement options.
- Chinook Enhancement: Chinook now spawns a carcass when destroyed, adding realism to the environment.
- Door Placement Flexibility: Doors can now be placed in any direction depending on the rotation of Doorways or Wall Frames, providing more building flexibility.
- Blueprint Vending: Blueprints can now be sold in Vending Machines, offering a convenient way to obtain them.
- Horse Mounting Improvement: Mounting a horse will no longer automatically dismount the player, and horses will not move based on player input, improving control.
UI Adjustments
- Pause Menu Cursor Fix: Resolved an issue where the pause menu cursor would become stuck after opening the Item/Command list more than once.
- Team HUD Update: The Team HUD now displays a team member’s death status when they are killed with a melee weapon, improving communication.
- Repair Bench Bug Fix: Fixed a bug with the Repair Bench showing incorrect scrap costs for repairs, ensuring accuracy.
- Map Coordinate Alignment: Map coordinates under the compass now match the on-screen map, enhancing navigation.
- Locker “Give” Button: The “Give” button prompt now displays and functions properly for items in the Locker, facilitating item sharing.
- Build Number Visibility: The build number is now visible on the main menu when leaving a server, providing version clarity.
