A new Rocket League update 2.17 is now rolling out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Rocket League 2.17 patch notes, the latest update addressed issues related to game launch, crashes, performance and more. Apart from this, Rocket League version 2.17 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, abig Season 7 update added new changes, fixes, and quality of life improvements and changes.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are still facing various bugs in the game. Today’s Rocket League patch 2.17 will resolve a few of these issues. Read more details below.
Rocket League 2.17 Patch Notes
Fixed the following issues.
- [PlayStation 4] While playing with a full Splitscreen team in Chaos mode, Rocket League may crash at the end of the match
- [Nintendo Switch] Accounts with high-density inventories (3000+ items) may experience a hang in the Car Customization Body tab
- [PC] Game does not launch upon initial attempt to boot the game
- Some Blueprint thumbnails may disappear when rapidly switching between tabs
- When being replaced by a real player, bot names may not disappear from the scoreboard
- [Knockout] While playing split-screen, if one user is eliminated while the other is still in play, the eliminated user will be seen as idle and both will be kicked from the game
- Some Wheels (Apex, Bionic, Patriarch, and ARMR) can not be equipped on some licensed cars like the Nissan Skyline
