Resident Evil 8 update 1.1202 (version 1.202.000) is rolling out on PS4, PS5 and Xbox. According to RE8 update 1.202 patch notes, the latest update addressed a bug where players get stuck and cannot progress in certain areas. Apart from this, Resident Evil 8 patch 1.202 (1.202.000) also includes minor bug fixes.

Addressed a bug
In House Beneviento, it is possible to enter the Medicine Room through the door in the Study after acquiring the Breaker Box Key but before encountering Baby. This door should be locked under normal circumstances, and by going through there it is possible to acquire the Fuse without ever encountering Baby. Doing so will leave you unable to progress any further in the game beyond this point. This issue is now fixed.
