Resident Evil 2 (RE2) update 1.05 is now rolling out for players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PCs. According to the official Resident Evil 2 (RE2) 1.05 patch notes, the update bring various stability and performance improvements. Additionally, Resident Evil 2 (RE2) patch 1.05 also includes various fixes related to crashing, stuttering, game client, and UI bugs.
Previously, an update was released with the Leon and Claire costumes from the original 1998 the game. - New achievement added to the game. It unlocks when you find a letter from Resi 3 protagonist Jill Valentine and a screenshot of the scene. Resi fans will recognize Jill and Robert Kendo having a little chat.
- Fixed crashing/stuttering/lag issues with Resident Evil 2 1.05.
- Resident Evil 2 version 1.05 added fixes for glitches.
- Added fixes for framerate drop and freezing issues.
- Added performance and stability improvements.
- Gameplay improvements added with RE2 patch 1.05.
- Added various other under the hood changes and fixes with RE2 1.05.
