According to the official Ready or Not patch notes, Ready or Not v1.4.3 fixes a multiplayer login blocker tied to EOS authentication and corrects several achievement unlock issues, ensuring proper progression tracking and preventing rewards from triggering under incorrect conditions. Additionally, Ready or Not patch 1.001.004 also includes stability fixes.

Previously, a major Los Suenos Stories Patch 2 (update 1.007) added over 200 fixes across maps, AI behavior, training modules, and UI. Key fixes include grid-patterned lightmap bugs, suspect reactions to CS gas, crash issues, and blood-soak visuals. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing issues with the game. Today’s Ready or Not patch 1.4.3 will fix a few of these issues. More fixes are now coming in Ready or Not update 1.001.005.
