Default Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Save Location
According to the Steam store page configuration, Rift Apart save files are stored locally in this directory by default:

The {64BitSteamID} part will be your unique 64-bit Steam ID, tying the save data to your account. Inside this folder is where all your save files will be stored.
