Rainbow Six Siege Update 3.41 Patch Notes (R6 Y11S2.1)

Rainbow Six Siege update 3.41 (R6 Y11S2.1) is available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox. According to the official R6 update 3.41 patch notes, the latest update adds a cooldown to Dokkaebi’s Jegao Payload, improves utility effectiveness for Sens, IQ, Ash, Finka, Thatcher, and Bulletproof Cameras, reduces Thorn’s post-hit penalty, and smooths Zero’s SC3000K recoil. Additionally, Rainbow 6 Siege patch 3.41 also resolves major issues involving matchmaking, reconnecting, loading screens, operator abilities, and gameplay exploits.

Balancing

  • Dokkaebi – Jegao Payload
    • Added a 7-second cooldown between activations.

Refinement Changes

  • Sens – R.O.U. Projector System
    • Battery duration increased to 15 seconds (previously 13 seconds).
  • IQ – Electronics Detector
    • Detection range increased to 22 meters (previously 20 meters).
  • Ash – Breaching Round
    • Explosive damage radius increased to 2.2 meters (previously 2 meters).
  • Finka – Adrenal Surge
    • Ability cooldown reduced to 18 seconds (previously 20 seconds).
  • Thatcher – E.G.S. Disruptor
    • Effect radius increased to 1.85 meters (previously 1.75 meters).
  • Thorn – Razorbloom Shell
    • Limping effect duration reduced to 10 seconds (previously 15 seconds).
  • Zero – SC3000K
    • Smoother horizontal recoil across all burst stages on mouse & keyboard and controller.
  • Bulletproof Camera – EMP Dart
    • EMP Dart explosion radius increased to 0.75 meters (previously 0.55 meters).

Bug Fixes

Gameplay

  • Fixed an issue allowing players to cancel sprint animations by going prone and shoot immediately.
  • Fixed Mouse & Keyboard inputs being usable in non-M&K matchmaking pools.
  • Fixed Defenders losing the ability to pick up devices in Clear House matches.
  • Fixed rappelling Attackers becoming stuck when entering barricaded windows or balconies.

Level Design

  • Fixed a bomb defuse exploit behind the folding screen in the first-floor Hammam room on Fortress.
  • Fixed Defender drones retaining signal when thrown from the roof above the second-floor Party room on Outback.
Operators
  • Fixed Solis detecting Attacker electronics without activating Overclock.
  • Fixed Dokkaebi’s tablet not appearing while accessing the network in prone position.
  • Fixed multiple Solid Snake detection exploits on Emerald Plains and near walls between floors.
  • Fixed Solid Snake’s Soliton Radar Mk. III becoming unusable when activated during weapon cycling.
Audio
  • Fixed missing audio when Voice Chat input mode is set to Push to Talk.

User Experience

  • Fixed an infinite loading screen caused by selecting the XK23 with a horizontal grip.
  • Fixed missing indicators when Mouse & Keyboard devices are connected to consoles.
  • Fixed pre-destruction settings not functioning correctly on Calypso Casino in Landmark Drill and Clear House playlists.
  • Fixed players being unable to reconnect to custom online matches.
  • Fixed the Browse Playlists button remaining greyed out after Siege Cup sessions.
  • Fixed inaccurate Match Round Scores in Cup brackets.
  • Fixed Ranked Rewards tracker charms displaying incorrect ranks.
  • Fixed Quick Match rejoin attempts placing players into PvP matchmaking instead of PvE.
  • Fixed Jackal’s Eyenox Model III progress gauge not filling around the button prompt.

Previously, a big R6 update Y11S2 introduces Dokkaebi’s Jegeo Payload rework, Ranked 3.0 with placement matches and Champion divisions, the new Calypso Casino map, major balance updates for several Operators, and expanded training, esports, and matchmaking features. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s R6 Siege patch 3.41 will fix a few of these issues.
