Ubisoft has released a new Rainbow Six Siege (R6 Siege) update 2.69 on PS4, PC, PS5(version 1.000.072), and Xbox. According to the official R6 2.69 patch notes, the latest update aims to improve overall health and stability. Stability enhancements have been made, and an FPS drop issue related to Tubarao’s gadget is now fixed. Additionally, today’s R6 version 2.69 also includes consulate’s lighting adjustments.
Previously, a major Rainbow 6 Siege update 2.60 adds operator balancing tweaks including Frost’s Welcome Mat changes, Warden’s armor upgrade, and Tachanka’s damage boost. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s Rainbow 6 Siege patch 2.69 will fix a few of these issues.

- Overall Game Improvements:The game is now more stable and should crash less often.
- FPS Fix:A specific issue causing frame rate drops with Tubarao’s gadget has been fixed.

- The Consulate map is now brighter.
- Drones can now break windows as intended.
