Ubisoft has released a new Rainbow Six Siege (R6 Siege) update 2.68 on PS4, PC, PS5(version 1.000.072), and Xbox. According to the official R6 2.68 patch notes, the latest update adds quality of life changes. Additionally, today’s R6 version 2.68 also includes quality of life changes.
Previously, a major Rainbow 6 Siege update 2.60 adds operator balancing tweaks including Frost’s Welcome Mat changes, Warden’s armor upgrade, and Tachanka’s damage boost. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s Rainbow 6 Siege patch 2.68 will fix a few of these issues.

Siege update 2.68 Patch Notes – February 6, 2024
- The social menu on consoles has been re-enabled successfully. The workaround using the Ubisoft Connect menu is no longer needed.
- Addressed game crashing issues.
- Added network connection improvements.
- Added general gameplay performance improvements.
- Added stability fixes.
- Other minor tweaks.
