Railroads Online update 211123 released on PC(Steam). According to the official Railroads Online patch notes, the latest hotfix adjusted boiler code and fixed the keybinding.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Railroads Online patch 211123 will fix a few of these issues.

Adjusted boiler code: if there is fuel in the firebox it adds at least 1 degree to the fire temperature per tick
Fixed name filter for serverbrowser
Fixed keybind: toggle helper info is now bound to “J” by default
Fixed spline link points: spline link points are now only located at active spline segments
