Railroads Online update 211122 released on PC(Steam). According to the official Railroads Online patch notes, the latest hotfix added fixes and changes to the game.

Added filter “all” for demolish tool.
Optimized spline-player collision: prevent the character from jittering when standing on splines, prevent the player from falling through spline when using the locomotive menu.
When completing a new spline the spline collision is now set correctly.
