Prince of Persia The Lost Crown update 1.40 is available to download on PS4, PS5(version 1.004), PC, and Xbox players. According to the Prince of Persia version 1.004 patch notes, the latest update adds support for the Mask of Darkness DLC. Apart from this, the Prince of Persia The Lost Crown patch 1.40 also includes various tweaks and changes.

Gameplay Changes
Stripped Powers in Radjen’s Palace
- Players lose all time powers except:
- Rush of the Simurgh (air-dash)
- Shadow of the Simurgh (teleportation to copies)
- No healing potions or amulets upon entering, but these items return after leaving the palace.
New Equipment
- Vampiric Chakram Amulet: Grants health-stealing AOE attack.
New Health System
- Discover Soma Tree flowers to temporarily increase health within the Mind Palace.

- Undead Soldiers: Hide in statues and webbing.
