Portal 2 update (January 31, 2022) is now available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official Portal 2 update patch notes, the latest patch added quality of life improvements. Apart from this, the latest patch also includes general stability improvements.
Previously, abig update was released with various tweaks, changes, and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, many players are still experiencing several issues when trying to play.

- Improved performance of controller polling
- Other general in-game performance improvements
- Fixed a misaligned stack pointer crash in Miles audio
- Fixed input action set selection when switching between game and Puzzle Maker
- Fixed some Squirrel engine exploits, reported via HackerOne
- Guard against maps with corrupt mark surfaces, caused by some external tools
- Update Steam SDK
- Updated to DXVK Native 1.9.2a
