Pilgrim Update 14.2 Patch Notes

Pilgrim update 14.2 is available on PC (Steam). According to the official Pilgrim patch notes, the latest update addresses various gameplay, UI, and interaction issues, improving overall game stability and user experience.

Previously, a big update was released with various quality-of-life improvements. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Pilgrim patch 14.2 will address a few of these errors.

Pilgrim Patch Notes – August 19, 2024

Candle and Player Interaction Fixes

  • Fixed: Candles are now removed when a player leaves the session.
  • Fixed: Candles correctly relight when a player is revived.

Reviving Mechanics

  • Fixed: Dead bodies are removed when revived by a mask.

Menu and UI Fixes

  • Fixed: Key rebinding now works in the main menu and character select.
  • Fixed: The name tag input is removed from the screen when a player is killed.

Item and Wagon Interaction

  • Fixed: Item duplication bug addressed.
  • Fixed: Items inside the wagon can now be picked up after loading.
  • Fixed: Character movement collision disabled when pushing the cart to prevent being dragged away by obstacles.
  • Fixed: Clients can now see the “Stop Using” widget when pushing the wagon.
  • Set Limit: A limit on the number of items the doll can spawn.

User Interface and Experience Enhancements

  • Added: Distance traveled now displayed in save game slots.
  • Changed: “CREATE NEW GAME” button text changed to “START GAME” to reduce confusion when loading or starting a new game.
