Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.042 on PS5, Xbox, and PC. According to the official Phasmophobia version 0.18 patch notes, the latest update delivers the Willow Street rework, introduces the new Deildegast ghost, adds equipment shortcuts and improved media capture, enhances movement and VR gameplay. Apart from this, Phasmophobia update 1.000.042 also fixes numerous issues affecting ghosts, equipment, maps, multiplayer, and overall gameplay stability.

Previously, a major update 1.000.021 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.042 will fix a few of these issues.
