Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia patch 1.000.032 on PS5, Xbox, and PC(v0.16.1.2). According to the official Phasmophobia version 0.16.1.2 patch notes, the latest update addresses several issues with ghost traversal and bone spawn locations. Apart from this, Phasmophobia update 1.000.032 also includes stability and performance improvements.

Previously, a major update 1.000.021 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.032 will fix a few of these issues.
