Phasmophobia Update 1.000.029 Patch Notes (v0.16): 6 Tanglewood Drive

Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.029 (v0.16.0) on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 0.16 patch notes, the latest update introduces a full visual overhaul for 6 Tanglewood Drive, redesigned basement and kitchen layouts, and a new Tanglewood Terror challenge. Apart from this, Phasmophobia version 1.000.029 also delivers numerous bug fixes and overall gameplay improvement.

Location Updates

6 Tanglewood Drive

  • Fully updated visuals with new assets, props and interactions for both Ghost and Player.

  • Basement and kitchen layouts redesigned for improved gameplay flow.

  • Overall structure preserved across remaining rooms.

  • Iconic potato remains in place.

Challenges

Tanglewood Terror

  • New event challenge added to the Event Board.

Fixes

  • Various improvements and general fixes applied.

Known Issues (6 Tanglewood Drive)

  • Utility room sink is not interactable.

  • Certain areas or objects may appear lit despite lights being off.

  • UV fingerprint on lounge TV remote may appear oversized.

  • Rain audio may not play during Blood Moon.

  • Foyer hiding spot doors may display incorrectly in multiplayer.

Previously, a major update 1.000.021 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.029 will fix a few of these issues.
